redownloaded installed, shut down iMac restarted and works now.
this morning upgraded to mac os 13.0 that might had something to do with the problem.
Spoke to soon. After it open and started to download guides it quit and now getting same quit unexpectedly message.
Can you please try Force Quitting the app by following this guide https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/mac-help/mchlp2579/mac
Retry loading the app, if it does it again, Force Quit it again, then delete the app and try re downloading it and running it.
