Dugi Installer 1.5.0 not installing the Classic TBC guide

Today when I started WOW there where no Dugi guide in the classic game.
I looked into the file system and there are no Dugi Guide in the classic AddOns folder.
I read here on the forum that there is a new installer. Downloaded that one.
It shows downloading the retail version. Then it show that it downloads the TBC version and suddenly the installer closes.
I see a Dugi  icon in the windows lower right corner, but when I hower the mouse over the icon it dissapear.
There are still no Guide in the AddOns folder.

Attempted this several times and still does not get a guide installed.

Sadly it was working for me until today.
Today I no longer see the TBC guide where it says ‘Current’ and ‘Newest’.
I see ‘Retail: <Current/Newest> 8.965’ and ‘Classic: <Current/Newest> 2.100’.

I deleted where I thought the dugi files might sit on such the ‘addons’ folder and ‘WTF’ etc.

Any idea how can this be solved?

I am having to manually update TBC as well.  This is the 2nd or 3rd update where I have found it necessary to come to the website, download and manually install.

Make sure you are using latest installer 1.5.1
