I’ve seen the “large frame” freeze up, whereby I can still mostly interact with it, but it no longer updates with quest statuses, new quests, next steps.

Dugi is still running, becauase the minimap still has the zoom-in/zoom-out, map objectives, ant-trail and so on.

error I collected from bugsack is as follows:

Try with just dugi guides enabled, if it still doesnt work then try /dugi fix. I would also ensure that you have the latest version 9.0166, if it is up to date, then try a reinstall.
