Dns errors on site

I am using multiple services and getting dns errors anywhere between even loading the website to links in the site and unable to utilize or update the guide. 

My cellphone data plan gets dns errors in support links
My isp gets dns errors on the whole website and called them did a trace route and it times out on multiple providers including the isp agents isp he subscribes to.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it happening currently? we did had a medium level of DDOS attacks on the website which ended a few days ago.  This might have an effect with some people accessing the website.

Dugi are you using CloudFlare for this site, that might be advised if you are not.

we used Cloudflare in the past, it ends up blocking more people from our website
