Did a faction change from horde to alliance

Bought the guides to help me complete all the zones efficiently following a faction change but the guides want me to interact with horde quest NPC in Waking Shores.

E.g. it’s telling me to talk to Warlord Breka Grimaxe but I am now alliance.

Is there a fix or is this not going to work?

Warlord Breka Grimaxe is a neutral npc

Yeah, I had to accept another quest first called something like ‘A Lesson in Diplomacy’ for some reason the guide had skipped over it like I had completed it.
