Cape of Stranglethorn Quest Order Issue

The quest “Akiris By the Bundle” is missing from the leveling list in “The Cape of Stranglethorn”

The quest “There’s Somebody Out There Who Wants It” is not available until the prior quest has been completed.

I checked and “Akiris By the Bundle” is in the same guide

This is not for the Alliance side.  I see it available in the guide for Alliance from Linzi after “Plush Pelts”. 

This is for the Horde from Sassy Hardwrench.  I am playing a Volpera Monk if that helps.
