Can not find Zerith Mortis Guides

I’m not sure what is going on but I have the latest installed and I click on the what’s new “explore Zerith Mortis” link and it doesn’t load. It says that it does in the chat but nothing else happens. I also try to manually look for it and I can not find it. Can anyone help me with this? I appreciate the help.

Ensure that you are logged in the Dugi Guides Installer and reinstall the guides. Next, the Zereth Mortis guides can be found in Achievements > Shadowlands > Zereth Mortis.

Well unfortunately I go under that path and Shadowlands doesn’t even show up. I even paid the 47 for the annual even though I pay monthly so now I’ve just wasted my money. I would like to know how to access it if I could. I don’t understand why I can’t

Im not sure what happened but when I installed it again for the 2nd time it showed up. All is well. Thank you very much for the help.
