      Quick fix id assume the guide sends you to said location tells you to loot Darkfang spiders for 6 venom sacs but the guide also tells you to loot 12 Mirefin heads?

        Also once you loot all 6 acidic Venom the step does not change it still tells you to loot 12 mirefin heads which are dropped from murlocs and there is no way point suggesting where to go.
