Ka´ro the Chopper aka Cook listed in wrong location

I´m doing BFA cooking guide and the guide says that Ka´ro the Chopper is in in the Terrace of Crafters, the arrow shows that he is out in yet another location to west of the great seal, however he is actually down near the flight master in the Port of Zandalar.
