Dugi stops me from using hearth stone and potions

For a few hours tonight I tried to troubleshoot this problem by reloading/restarting everything but the only thing that stopped the problem was disabling Dugi. I kept getting an error message from Dugi saying the pathway for item use was corrupt. Therefore the action was not allowed. I died several times because I couldn’t hearth home or use an emergency potion. I sure hope this is fixed ASAP.
