As title says, but that skill wont be available not until lvl 40

same for hunters also keeps telling me to wear mail but cant until 40

I still have this problem on a hunter.

For reference:
-Hunter, Shaman. Leather until 40. Mail after.
-Paladin, Warrior. Mail until 40, Plate after.
