    I can’t seem to find a slider to resize the objective frame or 3d mob frame.
    Am I just blind or is it truly not there?

    it’s not there, I would recommend reducing your UI scale which will also reduce the Dugi window sizing

    go to Game Menu > System > Advance > use UI Scale
